Delivery Information

Our standard delivery charge is £2.95 (incl. VAT) to anywhere in the UK, including Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish islands and the Isle of Man. The delivery charge for parcels traveling outside the UK is £6.95 when the weight is under 2,000 grams and £14.95 when the weight is over 2,000 grams.

As part of our ongoing commitment to excellent value and customer service, we offer free UK standard delivery on orders of £15 or more. We strive to get your package to you a quickly as possible, but please allow up to 14 days for delivery. Please note that restrictions may apply in many territories. It is your responsibility to check with the authorities in your country before placing orders for products if you are unsure as to their status. We are not liable for orders, which face any customs issues. In case the order is returned back to us by customs, a refund will be issued, less any postage charges. In case the order is destroyed by customs, we are not liable to issue a refund/replacement.
