LOchol helps maintain healthy cholesterol levels. Cholesterol, naturally produced by the liver, is vital for normal body function. We couldn't survive without it. However, there are two types of cholesterol; HDL (high-density lipoprotein) and LDL (low-density lipoprotein). HDL is considered good cholesterol because it carries any extra cholesterol to the liver, which removes it from our bodies. LDL is considered bad cholesterol because the excess tends to build up in the walls of our arteries, which can lead to strokes and heart attacks.

Each dose of LOchol provides 2mg of the plant sterol, Vegapure® F 90 ME, which reduces the uptake of cholesterol into the body from both our diets, and our naturally produced cholesterol. It also assists in removing more of our excess cholesterol to keep it from building up in our systems and causing health concerns later.

Plant sterols are not naturally produced by our bodies'; therefore, we must continually take them in order to maintain their benefits. We have formulated LOchol to be safe for everyday use.
